Floyd W. Craver

Middletown...Floyd W. Craver Jr. ""Bud"", 68, passed away at his residence in Middletown, following an extended illness. He was a former resident of Anderson and Shirley before moving to Middletown 12 years ago. He was born in Ashville, North Carolina on June 9,1943, and was the son of Floyd W. Craver Sr. and Virginia (Sadler). He was a graduate of Highland High School and retired fom Delco Remy in 1977 and the Iron Workers Local 22 in 2008. He is preceded in death by his parents and a Step-father Jerry Shaker. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Mindy(Masters)Craver: 5 children: Diana Wilkerson, Buddy (Diane) Craver, Sean (Dana)Craver, Heather Craver and Andrea Craver. 2 Step-daughters: Maggie (Wes) Roberts and Sarah (Ryan) Brown. The mother of his children: Hilda Lopez and brother Nick Shaker also survive. He was Papaw to 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren along with a niece and 2 nephews. Cremation and private services will be held at a later date. Friends are invited to the residence in Middletown on Saturday, September 3 from 12-5 to met with the family and other friends.
