Anderson... Florencie Belle Walters, 92 resident of Anderson, passed away April 27, 2018. She was born February 12, 1926, the daughter of Ester and Winnie Dizmond.
She spent 72 years within the local area where she was a homemaker. She spent much time being involved with Farm Bureau. She also dedicated time to the Lions Club of Middletown. She was an active member of Bethany Christian Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Leonard Walters, granddaughter, Robin King, and four brothers.
Survivors include two children: John D. Walters (Bobbie) of Muncie, Rosemary Blake (Rob) of Middletown, Sister: Beulah Hipp of Bonham, Texas, three Grandchildren, Christopher Walters, Rachel and Rhett Blake, and two Great Grandchildren, Riley and Reid King, several Nieces and Nephews.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday May 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 S 5th Street, Middletown IN, 47356 with Pastor Tim Warnum officiating.
