Middletown...Ferman Floyd Keesling, 88, resident of Middletown passed away November 11, 2016 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He was born in Madison County, November 04, 1928, the son of Charles and Valeta Peacock Keesling.He was a graduate of Cadiz High School and a US Army Veteran serving in Korea.He was a member of the Teamsters 135 and Glad Tidings Church in Muncie.He had formerly attended the Middletown Church of the Nazarene for many years.He drove a semi for Ruan Trucking (Marsh) for 26 years.Survivors are his wife: Rosemary (McIntyre) of Middletown, daughters: Marilyn Hartle (Charles) of Indianapolis and Beth Mowrey (Rick) of Greenville, TN, 3 grandchildren: Lucretia Brown (Jerry), Merranda Mowrey and Alyssa Hamm (Nicholas), 4 great grandchildren, 1 brother: Herbert Keesling (Thelma) of Floral City, FL, 3 sisters: Thelma Figel of New Castle, Linda Mellott of Muncie, and Nila Cope of Marion. several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and two sisters.A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 PM at Middletown Church of the Nazarene, 698 North 5th, Middletown with Pastor Kevin Holt and Dr. Philip C. Rogers officiating.Burial will follow at Harlan Cemetery.Friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 4-7 PM.Online Guestbook at:
