Middletown...Faith Ann Foster, infant daughter of Thomas Andrew and Alicia Ann Keller Foster of Middletown, passed away November 7, 2010 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis, shortly after birth.Besides her parents she is survived by 1 brother: Andrew Foster and 1 sister: Brylee Foster, maternal grandparents: David and Mary Etta Keller, Maternal great grandparents: Clide and Mary Lou Carter, Uncles and Aunts: Phillip and Mendy Foster, Mary Lynn Dickey, cousins: Samantha and Emma Foster and Kylie Dickey, great Aunt and Uncle: Debbie Powell, Robert and Dorthy Carter and Graham and Colleen Smith.Memorial services will be held Friday evening at 7:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
