Daleville...Emily Lynn Toffolo, infant daughter of Chad R. and Sabrina Lynn (Vores) Toffolo of Daleville, passed away January 7, 2006 shortly after birth.Besides her parents, she is survived by her brother Calyb of Daleville, Paternal Grandparents: Judy and David Kochanczyk of Martinsville and Mike Toffolo of Greenfield, Maternal Grandparents: Diana and Curtis Songer of Middletown and Tim Vores of Kokomo, Maternal Great grandparents: George and Judy Hall of Middletown and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins;She was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents: Max and Maxine Vores and paternal great grandparents: James English and Betty Smith.Graveside services will be held at Miller Cemetery in Middletown on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev.
