Middletown...Elsie Pearl (Walker) Hale, 81, resident of Middletown, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 26, 2006 at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.She was born January 8, 1925 in Burkesville, KY, the daughter of Wiley and Millie Walker.She was a member of the Middletown Church of the Nazarene where she had been active in the Young at Heart Ministry, the Greeter Ministry, and had been an active volunteer for many hours of the church.Survivors include: 1 son: Randy (Gail) Hale of Middletown and 1 daughter: Bridget Hawley of Fishers, three grandchildren: Sara (Lawrence) Filler of Middletown, Brian Hale of Columbus, Ohio, and Jamie Hawley of Fishers, sisters: Flora (Rev. Kenneth) Foust of Middletown, Cecile Stohler of Markleville, Christine Jones of Anderson, Corene (Richard) Kuklenski of Markleville and Maxine (Robert) Dwiggins of Pendleton.She was preceded in death by her parents, her stepmother; Gladys Walker, sisters and brothers: Schuyler Walker, Homer Walker, Gladys Brummett, Herbert Walker, Lloyd Walker, Bernie Bryant, Larnie Walker, Kelsie Walker, and Nora Cheatham.Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene, 698 North 5th, Middletown with Dr. Philip C. Rogers, Rev. David Whitteberry, and Rev.
