Earnest Larry Triplett

Earnest Larry Triplett, 83, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023 after a brief illness. He was born on July 9, 1939 a son to the late Earnest and Leddie (Toombs) Triplett.
Larry retired from Delco Remy in 1998 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed his retirement life, mowing his yard, spending time outdoors, camping and fishing.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Janice (Rossman) Triplett of Middletown; children, Robin (Jeff) Verlinden of Anderson, Brenda (Chad) Brown of Anderson, Tim (Vickie) Triplett of Noblesville, Scott Triplett of Anderson and Christopher Triplett of Middletown; sister, Joyce Blake of Middletown; grandchildren, Anthony, Shaun and Kaitlyn Carlson, Sierra and Rebecca Brown, Makayla, Eli Triplett and Gracelyn Triplett; great grandchildren, Mason, Emery and Thomas Carlson; along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents Larry is preceded in death by his sister, Carlene Purdue; brother, Carl Triplett and grandson, Evan Triplett.
A private family service will be held for Larry at Ballard and Son Funeral Home in Middletown.
