Daleville...Earl Cole Haskett, 66, resident of Daleville, passed away Wednesday morning at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.He was born in Anderson, November 11, 1946, the son of Leroy and Ernestine Farrell Haskett.He was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict serving in the US Army and recieving two purple hearts.He worked for 38 years for Delphi Corporation.He was a member of the 40/8, VFW #266, Anderson American Legion, UAW 662 and the Second Chance Baptist Church.Survivors include his wife: Denise Haskett of Daleville, 2 children: Samantha Haskett of Daleville and Shelby Haskett of Anderson, 3 step children: Victoria Collins (Ty) of Chesterfield, Chad Lennen (Dawn) of New Port Richey FL, and Christy Hensley of Anderson, 1 brother: Robert Haskett (Carolyn) of Anderson, 2 sisters: Peggymae Muterspaugh (Carl) of Anderson and Mary Haskett Dietz of Middletown, several grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, nieces and nephews, In laws:Robert (Nancy) Vickers of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Richard Vickers of Andewrson, and Philip Vickers (Marrgie) Durbin, Ohio.He was preceded in death by his parents, a stepson: Michael Lennen and 2 children: Megan and Shelly Haskett and son-in-law: Ty Hensley.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene, 698 North 5th, Middletown, with Rev. Mike Thacker officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.Friends may call on Friday at the church from noon until the time of the services.Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation.The Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Earl Haskett with family and friends.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
