Doris Jean Fosnight

Springport...Doris Jean (Ray) Fosnight, 64, resident of Springport, died Monday morning at the Henry County Memorial Hospital in New Castle. She was born November 28, 1937, the daughter of Paul and Lorene Miller Ray. She was a 1956 graduate of Mt. Summit High School and retired from Brooks Foods in Mt. Summit in 1985. She was a member of the Home Economics Club of Springport and the Springport Christian Church.She was preceded in death by her husband; Charles, Sr. Survivors include 4 children: Charles Richard Fosnight (Terri) of Springport, Kevin P. Fosnight (Marsha) of New Castle, Shirley Ragan (William) of New Castle, and Tina Savage (Jim) of New Castle. Also her grandchildren: Joey Fosnight of Indianapolis, Misty Groce of Arizona, Cindy Borne of Gulfport, Mississippi, Ashley Ragen of New Castle, Bobby Ragen of New Castle, Holly Fosnight of New Castle, and a great grandchild; Megan Borne of Gulfport, MS, 2 brothers: George Steve Ray (Wanda) of Mt. Summit, and Lee James Ray of Muncie, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, with Rev.
