Muncie...Donna Ruth (Harmon) Eggers 83, longtime Middletown resident passed away at the Woodlands Healthcare in Muncie, Wednesday evening.She was born in Indiana, June 30, 1932, the daughter of John and Effie Copner Harmon.She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years and a member of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene.Survivors are 3 daughters: Connie Fredericks (David) of New Castle, Emma Jo Sparks (Russ) of North Port, FL and Teresa ""Terry"" (John) Eggers-Dull of Muncie, 2 brothers: John E. Harmon of Rockville and Larry Harmon of Marshall, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren/She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Thelma Deener and a grandson: David Fredericks.A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday at 4:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Marty Ballard officiating.Friends may call after 3:00 PM on Saturday.The family has chosen cremation.Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer Association.Online guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Donna Ruth Eggers with family and friends.
