Middletown...Donald Earl Tincher, 86, longtime resident of Middletown, passed away Wednesday at Middletown Nursing and rehabilitation Center. He was born in Linton, Indiana, August 26, 1930, the son of Clella Earl and Madge Marie Walton Tincher.He was graduate of Linton Stockton High School and was an installer/repairman for Indiana Bell for over 30 years.He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Middletown and enjoyed fishing and taxidermy.He was a member of the Communication Workers of America and a faithful follower of the Middletown Little League.He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Violet Louise (6/24/2015) and a brother: John Fredrick Tincher.Survivors are 2 children: Paula Faye (Michael) Mullin of Middletown and Michael Earl (Connie) Tincher of Anderson, 2 grandchildren: Kimberly Dawn Fites of Middletown and Jamie Renee Berryman of Anderson, 3 great grandchildren: Madison Taylor Fites, Devin Michael Mullin and Alexis Isabell Hollenbeck, 1 great grandchild: Claira Mae Mullin.A Celebration of his life will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor David Waters officiating.
