Middletown....Donald Eugene Smalley, 80, resident of Middletown, passed away Friday evening at St. Vincent's Regional Hospital in Anderson.he was born in Knightstown, September 10, 1934, the son of Everett and Nita Smalley.He was a graduate of Knightstown High School and was Outreach Pastor for the Tri County Christian Church in Middletown.He served as volunteer Chaplain for St. Vincent's Regional Hospital in Anderson.He was preceded in death by his parents, a cousin: Glenda Dillon and daughter: Heather Smalley.Survivors include 1 daughter: Teresa Glover and 2 sons: Adam and Brett Smalley and a cousin: Sharon Clifton.A celebration of Don's life will be held on Sunday at 2:00 PM at Tri County Christian Church in Middletown with Dr. James Harless officiating.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com and Facebook/Ballard & Sons; Life Celebration, Counseling, Funerals, Cremation.The Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Don with family and friends.
