Middletown....Donald Patterson Miller, 72, resident of Middletown, passed away Friday at his residence unexpectedly.He was born in Delaware County, July 12, 1933, the son of Dale and Mary Etta Patterson Miller.He was self employed as a brick mason.He is survived by his daughter: Catherine Miller Vallandingham of Dayton, Ohio, 1 grandchild: Andrea Shaneyfelt of Hubert Heights, Ohio and 1 great grandchild: Riston Matthew Turner of Hubert Heights, Ohio, Step daughter: Robin Phillips of Shirley, stepsons: Tim and Bill Lemmon of Anderson, 4 brothers: Jerry (Mary) Miller of Shirley, Bill (Pat) Miller and Larry Miller of Middletown and Fred Miller of Prescot, AZ.He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son: Rock Anthony Miller in 1986, 2 brothers: Marvin Miller and Everett Miller and 1 sister: Mavetta Lohrey, several nieces and nephews.arrangements have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.There will be no public services.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
