Middletown....Donald Leo Head, Sr., 85, resident of Middletown, passed away Sunday at Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, May 1, 1930, the son of Charles and Carrie Mae Kennedy Head. He was a graduate of Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis and The University of Wisconsin with a degree in nuclear engineering..He was a fifty year member of the Circle City Lodge F & AM of Indianapolis, a member of the Elks, Eagles, Moose and Lions Clubs.He was a underwriter for Travelers Insurance and owner Larch Insurance Agency.Survivors include his children: Fred Head of Greencastle, Chuck Head (Sharon) of Middletown and Donald Head II of Indianapolis, 5 grandchildren: Shannon Sinclair, Charles Head, Jr., Donald Head III, Jenny Head and Johannah Head.He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 grandchild.A Celebration of his life will be held Saturday at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons, 118 South 5th, Middletown.
