He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio April 3, 1946 the son of Lewis Maynard and Leah Virginia Lantz Damron.
He attended school at Wayne Hills and worked in the janitorial department for Wayne Hills Apartments.
He is survived by several brothers.
A graveside service is planned for 1:00 PM Thursday May 20, 2021 at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
