Ball, 82, resident of Middletown, passed away at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie on Monday evening.He was born in Middletown, July 28, 1931, the son of Ernie and Pauline Prophet Ball.He was a Middletown High School graduate and retired from General Motors in Anderson.He was a veteran of the US Air Force.He was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Lois, and son: Nathan and 1 brother and 1 sister.He is survived by 3 sons: Samual Ball of Indianapolis, Daniel Ball (Pam) of Kentucky and Benjamin Ball (Penny) of Middletown, 5 grandchildren.Celebration services will be held on Friday at 3:00 PM at Ballard and Sons in Middletown with Rev.
