Curtis Pharis, 47, resident of Indianapolis, passed away November 25, 2006 at her residence.She was born in Marion, Indiana, June 1, 1959, the daughter of Ted Harvey and Jane Comer Cox.She was owner and operator of At Home Providers, a home healthcare company in Indianapolis.She had lived in Indianapolis for over 20 years.Survivors include her husband: Don of Indianapolis, mother: Jane (James) Cox of Daleville, 1 son: Robert Phillip (Christy) Christie of Muncie, 1 bro: Todd (Tawni) Harvey of Anderson, 1 sister: Lorie (Jim) Harbison of Eaton, several nieces and nephews, 2 step children: Mistie Pharis of Noblesville and Morgan Pharis of Castleton, her former husband: Mike Curtis of Indianapolis, 2 grandchildren: Jasmine Pharis of Castleton and Jayden Davis of Kokomo.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut St., Daleville, IN with Pastor Tom Chapman officiating.Cremation will follow.Friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home from 5-8 PM.Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer Association or Riley Hospital for Children.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
