Muncie...Delisa Rhea Lennington Highley, 53, resident of Muncie, passed away July 15, 2013.She was born in Muncie, Indiana, April 14, 1960, the daughter of Rollin and Joyce Deane Lennington.She was a 1978 graduate of Yorktown High School and a purchasing agent for Lift-a-Loft, Corp.She attended the Mt.
