David C. Case, 41, of Anderson and formerly of Middletown passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on October 30, 1980 in Anderson, IN, a son of Daniel (step-mother: Beth) Case of Shelbyville and Janet (step-father: Michael Reedy) Case of Middletown.
David was a 1999 graduate of Shenandoah High School and went on to earn a degree in business administration from Ball State University. Over the years, David had been employed with Middletown Nursing Center, GVC Mortgage and was currently employed with RWS Residential Warranty Service in Carmel where he served as warranty manager. He loved spending time with his family and friends especially at Yellow Creek. Since the age of 10, David had been visiting Yellow Creek; this was a place full of memories and relaxation along with making many lifelong friends. He also enjoyed visiting Summit Lake State Park on most weekends. David attended the Madison Park Church of God in Anderson. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, great taste and a love for nice cars and animals especially his dog, Duncan.
In addition to his parents, David is survived by a son, Ethan (Madison Gooldy) Case of Macomb, MI; daughter, Kinley Case of Pendleton; fiancé, Kylie King of Anderson and her children, Collyer, Khian and Calliope; brothers, Brian Case of Indianapolis and Andrew Case of Middletown; step-sisters, Kristen Reedy of Anderson and Melissa Reedy of Middletown; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
David was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry and Luella Bright; paternal grandparents, William and Bertie Case.
Visitation will be Monday, May 23, 2022 from 2:00pm-8:00pm at the Madison Park Church of God in Anderson. Services will be Tuesday, May 24 at 1:00pm at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown with Pastor Shelly Stottlemyer officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family has requested donations be made in David's name to the House of Hope, 902 High St. Anderson, IN 46012.
