Daleville...David ""Keith"" Almond, 40, resident of Daleville, Indiana, died Thursday unexpectedly at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.He was born in Ozark, Arkansas, January 31, 1963, the son of Jack and Betty (Cagle) Almond.He was a 1981 graduate of Greenwood High School of Greenwood, Ark and had been a truck driver in Construction services for CAT communication in Anderson and Environmental construction in Indianapolis. He had lived in Daleville for five years and had attended the Faith Baptist Church of Ft. Smith, Ark. He had been active in the Boy Scouts, FFA, and wrestled in the 165 Lb weight class in high school. He was a member of the Mdsion County Pool League, the American Legion Post #446 of Daleville and was a US Army Veteran.Survivors include his parents: Jack ""J.D."" and Betty Almond of Ft. Smith, Ark., 2 children: David Lloyd and Brian Keith of Ft. Smith, Ark., grandmother: Rachel King of Ft. Smith, Ark, Special friend: Tricia Terry of Daleville, 1 sister: Karen McDonald of Van Buren, Ark, 2 nieces: Amanda McDonald and Sarah McDonald of VanBuren, Ark., grandchild: Chandler James Almond, several aunts and uncles and lots of friends.He was pdreceded in death by his grandparents: Charlie Cagle and D.B. and Daisey Almond.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday at Ballard and Sons Fuenral Home, 8212 South Walnut, Daleville, with REv.
