Darcy D. Orbik, 69, of Anderson passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023. She was born November 7, 1953, in Madison County to Helen Purciful and the late Don J. Purciful.
Darcy has been married to the love of her life Danny Orbik for 51 blessed years. In their early years together, they were involved with horses. They would travel from show to show with the kids until everyone was out of the house. Darcy and Danny began their love for Jeeps and traveled everywhere to be involved at different Jeep rallies or festivals. She lived for her children, but she very much felt blessed to be a grandparent and great grandparent. She realized that grandkids and great grandkids were the best.
Darcy is survived her husband of 51 years, Danny Orbik; son, Dustin Orbik; daughter, Stormy Orbik; grandchildren, Winter Orbik, Kanyon Orbik, Uriah Orbik, and LaJon Hill; great granddaughter, January Orbik; her mother, Helen Purciful; 3 brothers, Don J. Purciful, Monte Purciful, and Dane Purciful.
She is preceded in death by her father, Don Purciful.
Celebration of life will be Saturday, November 4th between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at The North Anderson Weslynn Church, 1947 East 240 North, Anderson 46012.
