Middletown...A friend to all and loved by many, Daniel (Danny) Wayne Justice, 59, resident of Middletown, passed away Saturday evening at St. Johns Medical Center.He was born in New Castle, August 4, 1953, the son of Jack and Mildred Jean Taylor Justice.He was a graduate of Knightstown High School and a veteran if the Indiana National Guard.He has lived in the Middletown/Sulphur Springs area since 1972.He worked for several years at Dennis Equipment in New Castle and was owner and operator of Sulphur Implement.He had been Office Manager of Norfleet Enterprises and co-owner of MowerTown since 2000.He was a member of the American Legion, Eagles, and was a member of the Middletown Town Council and active member of Tri County Golf course.He was active for many years in the Shenandoah Girls Softball program.He was Co-founder and co-chairman of the Norfleet Open Bill Shockley Memorial Golf Tournament.He had been preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include his wife: Sherry of Middletown, Children: Sheryl Crane (Jason) of Middletown, Cindy Smith (Brandon) of Middletown, Dustin Justice of Las Vegas, Danica Paige Justice of Middletown, Alyssa Sanders (Chris Schwagmeier) and Jessica Sanders, both of New Castle, 9 grandchildren and 1 niece and 1 nephew.Also 2 sisters: Jackie Brayton (Larry) of New Castle and Teresa Justice of Anderson.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene, 698 North 5th, Middletown, with Pastors Chuck and Brian Justice officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery in Middletown.Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 4-9 PM.Memorials may be made to the Middletown Fire Department, Middletown EMS, or the Henry County Foundation Norfleet Shockley Golf Tournament in honor of Danny..Online Guestbook at:
