Shirley...Daniel M. Barton, 44, resident of rural Shirley, died unexpectedly Monday at Community Hospital in Anderson, after a brief illness.He was born December 14, 1960 in Indianapolis, the son of Woodrow and Ann Barton of Spencer, IN.He was a graduate of Plainfield High School in 1979 and Purdue University in 1983. He was employed at Bearing Point Consulting as a systems consultant.His pleasant smile and humor will be sadly missed by all of his relatives, associates, and especially his numerous nieces and nephews.He is survived by his wife Sheila (Wilhoite) Barton and stepsons: Adam Webb of Upton, KY and Kenneth Webb of South Bend, his parents, his granddaughter: Ambur Webb of South Bend, brothers: David (Sandra) Barton of Camby, IN, Don (Christine) Barton of Zionsville and 1 sister: Rebecca (Kevin) Bayless of Brownsburg, IN.Funeral services will be held at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene Family Life Center, 698 North 5th, Middletown, on Saturday at 10:00 am with Pastor Bill Hilligoss officiating.Burial will follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery.Friends may call at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene Family Life Center on Friday from 4-8 PM.Arrangement have been entrusted to the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown, IN.Flowers will be accepted at the church.Online Guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.com
