Middletown..... Dale W. Stewart, 54, resident of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening at St. Vincent's Regional Medical Center in Anderson.He was born in Harlan County, Kentucky, July 30, 1961, the son of Fredrick and Gladys Hensley Stewart.He was a graduate of Shenandoah High School and worked for over 31 years at Circle B Drywall in Greenwood.He lived his entire life in the Middletown area and was a member of the American Legion SAL, Labors Local 120, Middletown Conservation Club, Vice President of the Shenandoah Youth Football League, coached 7th and 8th grade football, was a member of a local bowling league and was an avid gun collector. He loved to coon hunt and fish.Survivors include his wife of 30 years: Laura (Huston) of Middletown, children: Jake, Trevor (Kaleigh) and Courtney, his parents: Fredrick and Gladys Stewart of Middletown, 1 brother: Vernon Stewart of New Castle and 1 sister: Mellisa Chandler (Phil) of Middletown, brother-in-law: Barry (DeeDee) Huston of Anderson, several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Pauline Hensley, mother-in-law: Judith Ellis and brother-in-law: Rodney Huston.A Celebration of his life will be held on Sunday at 3:00 pm at Ballard and Sons Fuenral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Marty Ballard officiating.Burial will follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.Friends may call from 1:00 PM until the time of the services.Memorials made be made to the funeral home in honor of Dale.Online Guestbook at:
