Colleen Hensley Hartzell

Yorktown...Colleen Hensley Hartzell, 82, former resident of Yorktown, passed away Friday evening at Liberty Village in Muncie.She was born in Madison County, June 26, 1933, the daughter of Gilbert and Aidah Ashby Hensley.She was a 1951 graduate of Yorktown High School and retired from Marsh Supermarkets.She is survived by her husband: Harold Marvin Hartzell of Yorktown, 3 children: James Hartzell of Yorktown, Sharla Hensley (Therl) of Daleville and Harold Keith Hartzell of Lagrange, 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers; Kenneth and Ernest.A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Ballard & Sons, 8212 South Walnut, Daleville with Pastor Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating.Burial will follow in Saunders Cemetery in Daleville.Friends may call from noon until the time of the services on Tuesday at the funeral home.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Colleen Hartzell with family and friends.
