Anderson...Cindy June (Halberg) Bailey, 56, resident of Anderson, passed away at IU Health/Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky, December 31, 1963, the daughter of Fred and June Russell Halberg, SR.
She has lived in the Anderson area for 2 1/2 years.
She was a skilled artist and loved photography. She loved being around people.
Survivors are her spouse, Crystal/Skyler Bailey of Anderson, sons, John Moore of Springfield, KY, brothers; Fred (Rose), David and William Halberg all of Elizabeth, KY, nieces, Christen (Tim) Swords, Candice Halberg (Chip) and Tffaney Halberg, 1 great nephews, Nolan Halberg.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
