Muncie...Christopher Lee Twibell, 32, resident of Muncie, passed away Thursday morning at his home.He was born in Hartford City, Indiana, January 30, 1973 and was a 1994 graduate of Muncie Southside High School.He had worked for Hillcroft Industries for many years and was a longtime member of the Middletown Church of the Nazarene.He had been an active member of TeeNaz youth and Crossroads Emergent Worship and Young Adult Ministries of the church.He had been a finalist in the Terre Haute Special Olympics and loved Bowling and singing in the choir. He also enjoyed sketching and drawing.Survivors include his parents: Barry Lee and K. Renee (Samples) Twibell of Muncie, 3 brothers: Craig (Amber) Twibell of Chicago, Cory (Beth) Twibell of Denver, CO, and Andrew Twibell of Muncie, 3 nephews: Elijah, Ethan, and Camren Twibell, Paternal Grandparents: Glen and Mary Twibell of Muncie and Maternal grandparents: James and Naomi Samples of Muncie, Uncles and Aunts: Scott (Jan) Twibell of Muncie, Cindy (Kip) Gross of Hartford City, Teresa (Bill) Dittus of Knoxville, TN, J. R. (Megan) Samples of Aurora, IL and Cheryl Samples of Aurora, IL, cousins: Sean (Michelle) Dittus, Heather Dittus, Jordan Twibell, James Gross, Travis Gross, Matthew Samples, and Jessica Samples, special caregiver; Jackie (Larry) Tuttle of Muncie, Special friend: Kay (Jim) Burress of Muncie.The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to: Dr. Bruce Graham, Dr. Rajesh Mallela, and Dr. Joe Songer as well as the nursing staff of Ball Memorial Hospital.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 am at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene with Dr. Philip C. Rogers and Rev. Marty Ballard officiating.Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Muncie.Friends may call at the church on Sunday from 3-8 PM.Memorials may be made toward the renovation of the Middletown Church of the Nazarene Youth Center.Online Guestbook available at: www.ballardandsons.com
