Middletown...Chester Langdon Cable, 85, resident of Middletown, passed away November 13, 1915, at St. Vincent's Regional Hospital in Anderson.He was born in Elwood City, PA, December 1, 1929, the son of Chester and Hazel Fox Cable, Sr.He was a veteran of the US Army National Guard.He was a graduate of Merchantville High School, received his BA in music from Westminister Choir, his MA from Trenton State and his PHD from Combs University.He taught Music and lead worship in the area for many years on the east coast.He is survived by his wife: Anita of Middletown, children: Brian of Sussix, VA, Carey (Anna) of Medford, NJ, Mark (Sherry) of Virginia Beach, VA, Karen Barner (Billy) of Berwick, Maine, Patricia Riddle (Dean) of Chesterfield, VA, Claude (Patty) of Bear, Delaware, stepchildren: Brenda (Greg) Perry of Middletown, Layne Haney of McCordsville, and Denise (Terry) Bland of Muncie, several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.Private services will take place at a later date on the east coast.Online Guestbook at:
