Charles Allen Meredith

Charles (Chuck) Meredith, age 64, a resident of Middletown, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on Sunday March 22nd, at home, after a short, but valiant battle with leukemia. Chuck was born on February 4th, 1956 in Muncie, Indiana to Charles and Sue Meredith.

Chuck grew up in Selma, Indiana and attended the Wapahani School system. Chuck was a semi-truck driver for 30 years. Chuck had a passion for his family and taking trips on his motorcycle. As his friends and family will tell you, Chuck never met a stranger. He loved lending a helping hand to anyone in need.



Chuck's faith was central to his life and he often encouraged others with God's love. He was an active member of Middletown First Baptist Church.



He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Bonnie, three children, Heather Allen, Kevin Meredith and Kaleb (Saisha) Meredith, 3 grandchildren, Cassidy Livesay, Harmony Livesay and Nella Meredith He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Meredith and his mother, Sue Ann Meredith.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a small service was conducted in March.

A PUBLIC celebration of life  will now be held on Sunday, June 28 at 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Middletown.
