Markleville...Charles Wesley Gustin, 63, resident of Markleville, passed away February 18, 2007 at Community Hospital in Anderson.He was born in Anderson, Indiana, October 4, 1943, the son of Everett and Mabel Chapin Gustin.He retired from General Motors (Delco Remy) in 1999 after 34 years of service.He graduated from Alexandria Monroe High School and was a member of the National Rifle Association.Survivors include his wife of 24 years: Lynn of Markleville, Sons: Michael of Pendleton and Darryl of Markleville, 5 grandchildren: Shannon Gustin of Noblesville, Alisha Sprister (Eric) of Anderson, Tiffany Gustin of Nobelsville, Wesley and Anna Gustin of Anderson, 2 great grandchildren: Josiah Gustin of Noblesville and Evangelina Sprister of Anderson, 2 sisters: Ruth Ann Armstrong of Lakeland, FL and Jean F. Knapp (Dennis) of Polk, Fl, 1 brother: Pastor Raymond Gustin (Sherry) of Lawrenceville, GA, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Raymond Gustin officiating.Burial will follow at Green Hills Memory Gardens in New Castle.Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 PM.Memorials may be made to the National Rifle Association.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardndsons.com
