New Castle...Charles Richard Froman, 70, resident of New Castle, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at his home. He was born in Muncie, Indiana, April 5, 1950, the son of Robert E. and Edith Lou Pierce Froman.
He was a graduate of Pendleton Heights High School (1968) and worked at Delco Remy in Anderson.
He loved music and had a large record collection.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors are his sisters: Sharon Rose (Bernard) of Shreveport, LA and Teresa Tomlinson of Muncie, 1 niece and 2 nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon until the time of the service on Monday.
In lieu of flowers please contribute to the mental health organization of your choice.
Covid-19 mandates that only 50 people may be within the funeral home at any time and masks, social distancing, and hand sanitation will be required.
