Charles Richard Fosnight, Jr

Springport....Charles Richard Fosnight, Jr., 56, passed away Thursday at Roudebush Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis.He was born in Muncie, April 6, 1958, the son of Charles R. and Doris Jean Ray Fosnight.He was a 1976 graduate of Blue River Vally High School and worked for Sprong Farms.He was a career veteran of the US Navy serving 26 years.Survivors are two children: Joseph R. Fosnight (Colleen) of Indianapolis and Cynthia Marie Smith (Josh) of Perkinston, MS, 1 brother: Kevin Fosnight of New CAstle, 2 sisters: Shirley Reagan of New Castle and Tina Savage (Jim), 6 grandchildren.He was preceeded in death by his parents.Celebration services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Woodlawn Cemetery in Springport with full military rites.There will be no visitation.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com and Facebook/Ballard & Sons, Life Celebrations, Counseling, Funerals and Cremation.The Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Charles Richard Fosnight with family and friends.
