Middletown...Charles Anthony ""Tony"" Blake, 64, resident of Middletown, died Wednesday at Community Hospital in Indianapolis after an extended illness.He was born in Daleville, February 12, 1939, the son of Elmer Oren and Teresa Eleanor Simon Blake.He had lived his entire life in Daleville and Middletown and had been very active in Real Estate.He had worked for many years at Sherry Fields Realty.Survivors include his wife: Rebecca Ann Blake of Middletown, 2 daughters: Tonya Lynn (John) McClure of Prospect, KY and Christina Louise Vititoe of Louisville, KY, 1 son: Brian Anthony Blake of Daleville, 1 brother: Douglas Dean Blake of Alamosa, CO.Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor James Harless and Marty Ballard officiating.Burial will follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery.Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 4-8 PM.Memorial contributions may be made to the Tri County Christian Church, 8660 North Mechanicsburg Road, Middletown, IN 47356.Online Guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.com
