Middletown....Cecil Louise (Moore) Hall, 73, Middletown, went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2014 at her residence in Middletown after an extended illness.She was born to Sylvia Ashby Moore and Lee Moore in Henry County, February 15, 1940 and lived most of her life in the Middletown area and was part of the Westland Indian Tribe.She married Arthur Hall Jr., on October 1, 1960 in Middletown where they lived and raised their family.They ran an antique shop in Mechanicsburg until 1997 and enjoyed traveling as a family.She is survived by her daughters: Sylvia Marie Hall of Middletown, Francis LeeAnn Hall (Fiance: Chris Swango), of Anderson, and Sherie Lyn Hall McClure (Jim) of Middletown, stepdaughter: Cathy Chamberlin of New Castle, grandchildren: Calvin James McClure (Adrienne) of Ft. Hood, TX, US Army and Waylon McClure of Middletown, David Chamberlin, Sonya Bertram, Abby Coatie and Rosanna Fox, Andrew McClure, Darren McClure and Tara Nance, sisters: Idabell Meade of Alta Vista, KS and Nellie Cook of Madison, IN 1 brother: Samual Moore of Middletown, cousins and nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arthur and siblings: Helen Hawk, Virginia Turpin, William Moore, Henry Moore and Marcella Dwiggins. Celebration services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm at Ballard and Sons, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
