Cathy Ann Smith

A Dear Friend and Middletown resident, Cathy Ann Smith, age 64 died January 13, 2017 with family & friends by her side. Cathy was born December 11, 1952 to William L. and Catherine J. (Hale) Smith in New Castle, Indiana. Cathy graduated from Frankton High School in 1972. She died at Community Hospital North, Indianapolis after a courageous battle from complications suffered over the years following an accident in 1998. Cathy is survived by her brothers, Ronnie (Rita) Smith, Lester Smith and sisters, Pamela (Kenneth) Flesher and Barbara (Stephen) Smith all of Anderson: 3 nephews, 4 nieces, 11 great nephews, 3 great nieces, aunts, and cousins along with countless friends and care givers.She was preceded in death by her parents, a nephew and two great nephews. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her. Funeral services will be held on Sunday evening, January 22 at 7:00 p.m. at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene, 698 North 5th, Middletown, with Rev. Phil Rogers officiating.
