Cathy Jo Hamm

Cathy Jo Hamm, 58, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 30, 2023. She was born on May 18, 1964 in Muncie to the late Philip and Janet (Smith) Bebout.

She was a 1982 graduate of Daleville High School. Cathy worked at Daleville Community Schools for the last 14 years along side her co-workers whom she loved and who loved and supported her.

Cathy’s family was her pride and joy and what she cherished the most. Her favorite enjoyment was spending time with her family at Star Point Resort on Dale Hollow Lake. She enjoyed skiing, tubing and swimming. Cathy was a member of United Memorial Baptist Church for 39 years. She loved her church family dearly.

She is survived by the love of her life, Randy Hamm; son, Tim (Tiffany) Teal; a very special niece whom she thought of as a daughter, Taylor (Seth) Gillum; grandson, Brycen; brother, Phil (Kim) Bebout Jr.; sister, Debbie (Rob) Gillum; nephew, Tyler (Katey) Bebout; niece, Daphne (Aaron) Bebout; along with special friends, Brad and Shawnda Dilk.

Cathy is preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be at 10:00 am Saturday April 8, 2023 at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Daleville with Pastor Chris Black officiating. Burial will follow at Saunders Cemetery in Daleville. Visitation will be on Friday April 7, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
