Middletown...Carolyn Lennis, 93, resident of Middletown, passed away at Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center early Sunday morning.She was born in Warren County, Indiana, March 21, 1914, the daughter of Benjamin and Carrie Tucker Stephens.She retired from GTE after 22 years as a operator.She had been preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Rex , 1 sister: Marie Elaine Ream and 1 brother: John Stephens.Survivors are her special family members: James and Teresa Hancock of Pendleton.Memorial services will be held on Wednesday evening at 7:30 at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Dr. Philip C.
