Middletown...Carolyn Sue (Bryant) Harris, 62, resident of Middletown, passed away early Saturday morning at Miller Merry Manor in Middletown.She was born December 1, 1946 in Dawson, W. Va., the daughter of Woodrow and Mary Anderson Bryant. She attended Manual High School and worked for over 15 years at the courtesy desk at Wal-Mart. She lived in this area for over 40 years.Survivors include her husband: Harold of Middletown, daughter: Laney (John) Rector of Middletown, sons: Harold Harris Jr. (Christine Williams) of Pendleton and George Alan (Melody) Harris of Kennard, sister-in-law: Mary Frances Miller of Sweeden, KY and brother-in-law: Claude Harris of Bowling Green, KY, 3 brothers: John Roy Barlow (Garalynn) of Grove City, PA, Virgil Bryant (Sandy) of Indianapolis, Woodrow Bryant of Indianapolis, 2 sisters: Frances (Shedrick) Zickafoose of Indianapolis, and Janet(Dennis) Jones of Indianapolis, 8 grandchildren: Tyler (Rachel) Rector of Sulphur Springs, Cody and Cory Rector of Middletown, Christopher Harris of Middletown, Devon Harris of Anderson, Rachel Harris of Anderson, Shayne Harris and Zachary Harris of Kennard, 2 great grandchildren: Nolan Rector of Sulphur Springs and Serenity Harris of Anderson, special Aunt and Uncle: Pauline and Herman Lucas of Cumberland, several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother: Richard and in laws: Thelma Hooten and John Harris.Funeral services will be held on Wednedsday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, IN with Rev. David Whitteberry and Dr. Philip C.
