Daleville...Byron Asa Huff, 82, resident of the Middletown/Daleville area, died Tuesday afternoon at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.He was born in Daleville, November 22, 1922, the son of George B. and Mary Ethel Huff.He was a 1940 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School and retired from Delco Remy after forty years of service.He was a member of the UAW Local 662, several area gun clubs, a life member of the N.R.A., the Middletown Conservation Club, the Sons of the American Legion, and he was also a gunsmith.Survivors include his wife of 64 years: Bonnie Huff of Daleville, 2 sons: Charles Michael (Sakuna) Huff of Pendleton and Stephen Douglas (Fiance: Ruth Holden) Huff of Daleville, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 1 brother: Kenneth (Donna) Huff of Casper, WY, several nieces and nephews as well as a special friend: DAvid Rector of Middletown.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev. Marty Ballard and Rev.
