Anderson....Bradley Jay ""Vern"" Cook, 58 resident of Anderson, passed away early Thursday morning at Community Hospital in Anderson.He was born in Anderson, January 6, 1955. the son of Kenneth Leon and Doris Jean Luellen Cook.He was a graduate of Shenandoah High School and worked at Reflectix Corporation.Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Julia Lynn Golish.Survivors are a son: Matthew, step mother: Ruth Ann Cook of Paoli, nephew: Michael Golish and several cousins and special friends Keith Painter and Rick Boling.A Celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.A gathering of friends begins one Hour before the service.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com and Facebook/Ballard and Sons Funeral Homes and Cremation Services.The Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Brad Cook with family and friends.
