Middletown...Billy Neal High, 50, resident of Middletown, passed away April 9, 2009 at his residence after an extended illness.He was born in Anderson, July 4, 1958, the son of Lawrence Virgil High and Doris Elaine Bancroft.He was self empolyed as owner of Highcrest Properties and a 1978 graduate of Chaffe High School in Ontario, CA.He was co-owner with his mother of Salina Florist and had worked in Kitchen Design at Lowes.He was preceded in death by his long time friend: Julian Beam in 2003.Survivors include his mother: Doris Bancroft of Crossville, TN, father Lawrence Virgil High of Middletown, brother: Terry High of Middletown, 1/2 sister: Laura Drake of Cambridge City, IN, a niece: Michelle High of Anderson, a neohew: Jake High of Anderson and a niece: Christina Pierce of Anderson, 2 step sisters, 1 step brother, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.Online Guestbook at: ballard andsons.com
