Daleville....Beverly A. (Ashby) Thompson, 63, resident of rural Daleville, passed away at St. Vincent's Hospice in Indianapolis.She was born in Daleville, March 17, 1950, the daughter of Edward and Betty Dunn Ashby.She was a 1968 graduate of Daleville High School and worked as a hairdresser and antique dealer for many years.She had been preceded in death by her father, a brother: Darrell and grandson: Blake Davis.Survivors include her husband: Larry Thompson of Daleville, 1 son: James (Terri) Thompson of Pennville and 1 daughter: Shelly Thompson of Daleville, her mother: Betty Ashby of Daleville, 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Celebration services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Ballard and Sons, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville with Pastor Ned Clark officiating.Burial will follow in Saunders Cemetery, east of Daleville.Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.Online Guestbook at: www.ballard andsons.com and Facebook/Ballard and Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Services.The Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Beverly A.
