Betty Jo Hobbs

Betty Jo Hobbs, age 94, a longtime resident of Anderson, Indiana passed away December 26 at Miller's Merry Manor in Middletown, IN. She was born Dec. 22, 1923, daughter of Earl and Nellie Mae (Bozell) Floyd of Kempton, Indiana.Survivors include her three sons Ronald (Susan) Hobbs of Canton, GA; Robert (Beth) Hobbs of New Castle, IN; and Roland Hobbs of Anderson, IN. She's also survived by six grandchildren Brian Hobbs, Chris Hobbs, Mary Warriner, Rebecca Ryan, Kaitlyn Hobbs, Ross Hobbs, and four great-grandchildren .She was preceded in death by seven siblings and her husband, Wayne Hobbs, who passed away in 1979.Funeral services will be held at Ballard and Sons Funeral home, 118 S. 5th St. Middletown, IN on January 6, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. with the Rev Robert Bell officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 12:00 prior to the service. Burial will be at Bacon Cemetery Clinton County, Indiana, at a later date.
