Middletown....Betty Lee (Rector)Farmer, 87, resident of Middletown, passed away January 5, 2010 at St. Johns Medical Center.She was born in Indianapolis, August 12, 1922, the daughter of John G. and Iva Fattic Rector.She attended Middletown High School and worked for many years at Liebhardt Mills in Middletown.She lived most of her life in the Mechanicsburg/Middletown area.She was a member of the Middletown Church of the Nazarene.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Max in 2001 and a brother: Jack.Survivors include a daughter: Deanna (Jim) Hanson of Middletown, 1 bro: Charles (Virginia) Rector of Middletown, 4 grandchildren: Edward Hanson of Elgin, IL, Jane Greene (Adam) of Indianapolis, Julie Rider of Middletown, and Libby Powell (Jim) of Middletown, 2 step great grandchildren: Evan and Colin Greene of Indianapolis, Great grandchildren: Tyler Hanson of Plainfield, IL, Lindsay Hanna of Anderson, Mark Hanna III of Markleville, Drake Hanson of Plainfield, IL, Travis Rider of Middletown, Kevin Hanna of Markleville, Carson Powell of Middletown, Ellie Rider of Middletown, Avarie Powell of Middletown, Emma Rose Hanson of Elgin, IL, and Eden Powell of Middletown, several nieces and nephews and special caregivers: Pam Fadely and Dora Wrin and a sister-in-law: Virginia Rector of Middletown.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
