Blackson, 59, resident of Campbellsville, died May 22, 2003 at her residence after an extended illness.She was born May 22, 1944 in Warsaw, Indiana, the daughter of Juanita Teghtmeyer of Akron, Indiana and the late Clarence Teghtmeyer.She had been a beautician and volunteered as ambulance driver for the Middletown EMS. She was an avid bowler.Surviving beside her mother include her husband: Ed Blackson of Campbellsville, 3 sons: Ron (Robin), Greg (Teresa) and Rick (Sonja) Krathwohl all of Middletown, IN, 1 stepson: Richard (Marianne) Lewis of San Diego, CA, 3 stepdaughters: Melanie, Susie, and Melissa Blackson of Cahokia, Illinois, grandchildren: Erika Allen, Devin, Eric, Rachel and Sarah Krathwohl of Middletown, stepgrandchildren: Derik and Adam Keesling of Middletown, Daniel Wooten of Anderson, Courtney and Dakota Blackson of Illinois, 2 brothers: Allen Teghtmeyer of Florence, AZ and Tony Lawson of Ohio, 2 Aunts: Lovey Mathias of Akron, Indiana and Margaret Teghtmeyer of Warsaw, Indiana.Memorial services will be held June 7, 2003 at 2:00 at the Omega Cemetery in Akron, Indiana.Arrangements in Kentucky are being made by Lyon-Dewitt Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society online or through Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown, Indiana.Online Guestbook available at: www.ballardandsons.com
