Middletown...Betty Louesa (Morgan) Blackburn, 85, resident of Middletown, passed away June 9, 2009 at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.She was born in Greensburg, IN, April 1, 1924, the daughter of Theodore and Vada J. Ryan Morgan.She worked at Guide Lamp for several years in Anderson.She was a lifetime member of the Middletown OES and loved to travel and look at antiques.Survivors are three children: John Blackburn of Anderson, Aleta Jane Hess of Middletown and Janice K. Worland of Gas City, 3 grandchildren: Loretta Denes of Noblesville, Ryan Blackburn of Indianapolis, and Olivia Worland of Camby, IN, 5 step children and a special friend: Marge Hollingsworth.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery in Middletown.Friends may call one hour before the services at the funeral home.memorials may be made to the Middletown EMS or the Henry County Humane Society.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
