WEATHER POSTPONEMENT CHANGEMiddletown...Bette Constance (Lee) Neeb, 89, resident of Millers Merry Manor in Middletown, passed away Friday afternoon after an extended illness.She was born in Indianapolis, February 5, 1921, the daughter of Benton R. and Ruby Shepherd Lee.She was a graduate of Indianapolis Arsenal Tech High School and had been a Avon Representative for many years.She had lived in Anderson most of her life and was a member of the Elks, Moose, and St. Matthew Methodist Church.Survivors include 1 son: Richard (Kellie) Burk of Middletown, 1 daughter: Pam (Robert) Smith of Anderson, 1 sister: Jayne (Jim) Wells of New Jersey, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband: Herbert L, and a step brother: Larry.Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
