Muncie...Barbara H. Shoemaker, 86, former resident of Middletown, passed away Saturday at Elmcroft of Muncie.She was born in Greensboro, IN, November 2, 1925, the daughter of Forrest and Viola Roach Harry.She retired from Delco Remy in 1987 as administrative secretary and was a member of the National Secretary Association.She was a member of the Sixth Street Christian Church and worked for 11 years as Secretary at the Middletown United Methodist Church.Survivors are one son: Jeffrey Lynn Shoemaker of Scottsdale, AZ, 1 sister: Helen JoAnn Aldred of Middletown and several nieces and nephews.Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Victor Harry and James Robert Harry.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
