Middletown...Arthela Burrows Bailey, 91, resident of Middletown, passed away Friday at Community Hospital in Anderson.She was born in Farmer, Kentucky, December 13, 1924.She was a member of Whetstone Church of Christ in Anderson.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband: Homer.Survivors are her sister: Maxine Young of Muncie, Nephew: Steven Young (Craig A.
