New Castle....Anthony Duane Shook, infant son of Casey and Anastacia Elizabeth DeWitt Shook, passed away Monday at Henry County Memorial Hospital, shortly after birth.Besides his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents: Diana Kritikos (Fiance; Mark Soliday) of Springport and Daniel DeWitt of Westfield, Paternal grandparents: Duane and Debra Shook of Cadiz, Paternal Great grandmother: Louise Shook of Richmond, and Maternal great grandparents: Daniel DeWitt of Las Vegas and Harry and Sadie Kritikos of Lake County, Indiana, Aunts and Uncles.Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday at Miller cemetery in Middletown with Rev.
